Brahmi Wellness Retreat and Spa

A good destination wedding venue, with plenty of space and good rooms. The ambience is nice, and it’s a place where you can spend quality time.

The only drawback was the poor condition of the last 2 kms of approach road. Once inside the property, though, you forget about it. We stayed at Brahmi resort last week for my mom’s birthday, and it turned into one of our most memorable celebrations in a while. The villas are spacious and nicely done, the staff are very helpful, and the food is great. The kitchen staff were especially good. The kids had loads of fun in the pool and with the other activities. Must visit.

We were greeted with smiles and excellent service as soon as we arrived. The staff were courteous and accommodating throughout, and the resort was really quiet, a peaceful escape from the city. Gardens were well kept amid lots of rich greenery, and the rooms were large and equipped with everything I could want. All three meals were included. The food was great and entirely vegetarian, and the spa treatments were the best and really relaxing. There was swimming available all the time, plus indoor games, pets, fruit, yoga meditation and more. The evening views were excellent. Everything was wonderful, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful place to visit.

The staff were the highlight, from security and reception to the restaurant team. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and very good. The desserts were amazing, though the rest of the food was average and there weren’t many options. For a weekend in the jacuzzi room I paid 23,000. The two-bedroom cottage/villa was above average, but the lighting could be better and cleanliness was only okayish, with lots of ants in the room. The jacuzzi itself was below average: water from the main taps was fine, but the side nozzles had treated water that started to smell bad. Overall, an average experience at Brahmi Resort.
