The staff were good, but the rooms were poor quality despite being large, and I had to switch rooms twice before checking into the third, which still had issues. We were stuck, so we just said, “Well, let's take this one.” If something goes wrong with your room, you have to go down to reception. The smart keys don't work, and you can end up locked out. The passages were dark during the day because the lights were off. The hotel's location is good, but be ready for these problems if you book here.
