Cockroaches were crawling on the bed, and there was a persistent bad smell in the room. It was deeply uncomfortable and unhygienic. The room itself was in very poor condition, with damaged plaster work covered in sellotape, and cleaning equipment left blocking the walkway. The lift wasn't working, but the hotel accepted guests without warning them. They also confirmed by phone that they'd provide an extra bedsheet, then refused once I arrived. This was a thoroughly unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend the hotel until hygiene, maintenance, and honesty improve.

My stay at Hotel Mansi was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The room was in poor condition and cleanliness wasn't maintained. Staff were unhelpful and didn't respond to problems, and basic hospitality was missing. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The location near capi station is excellent. Rooms are good, though the service is only average.

I called just to ask the room prices, and they said I couldn't ask unless I booked, claiming their policy was to book only after someone had called. That response put me off completely. After that inquiry, I wouldn't stay there even if they offered me a free night. What rude people.
