Hotel Garden Inn By OYO Rooms

We were four girls, and despite telling them our checkout time in advance, we were made to leave at 2 AM with no explanation or basic decency. It felt like harassment. The manager was the worst part: rude, aggressive, and chauvinistic. When we asked ordinary questions about the service we’d paid for, he raised his voice, came at us, and tried to intimidate us instead of dealing with the complaints. The room was in awful shape, with broken tiles, a filthy bathroom, and actual cockroaches. The AC was switched off without warning, and there was no proper answer when we asked why. We had booked because they said kitchen service was available, but there was no food or service at all. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. It was a complete nightmare, and I’d tell people to avoid it unless they’re prepared to be disrespected, misled, and thrown out in the middle of the night.

The staff are very polite, and all the main activities are close by. A good hotel near Kashi Vishwanath temple.

The staff respond quickly, and I was very satisfied with their service. The rooms are very good and kept hygienic. The hotel is quite close to Kashi vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh ghat. I highly recommend it.

The only upside is the location, about 600m from the ghat and 500 m from the temple. The rooms are shabby and poorly ventilated, though. The owner or manager seems to switch off the AC whenever they feel like it, and you have to call the desk to ask them to turn on the geyser. Staying here feels like being in a rented apartment with an awful owner. Very poor experience.
