We arrived exhausted at 2:30 AM after traveling from Madurai to Bangalore, only to find the hotel wouldn't let all four of us stay. Before arriving, we'd called and booked two rooms for four people, clearly saying two people would be in each room. Management claimed the booking was for only two people total and told us to call customer care ourselves. We tried several times without getting through. After we kept asking, staff finally helped us connect, but said charges were per person, like a PG, rather than per room as we'd booked. We were too tired to keep arguing and cancelled. Then they refused to refund the ₹833 advance, telling us to contact customer care and wait, with plenty of procedures for a refund but no responsibility for basic hospitality. Communication was unclear, and there was no courtesy or empathy. We didn't expect five-star treatment, just basic respect and professionalism. I'd strongly advise against booking here, especially if arriving late or needing things to go smoothly.
