The owner even helped us send some things back to our hometown by courier and patiently answered our questions. We also got a cab arranged so we could reach the airport on time. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and I had no problems during my July 2024 stay. The rooms were clean, neat, and budget-friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast at their restaurant, "Prathi". Everything was delicious, especially the biryani and vegetable maggi, which I still think about. The staff were polite and professional, and the service was top-notch. I loved the whole experience and highly recommend this place when visiting Bangalore. ❤️

The rooms were disgustingly dirty, and basic hygiene was missing. This isn't about luxury, they couldn't even manage that standard. The local staff were very rude and didn't know English. The managers hadn't bothered to check the rooms for cleanliness before check-in.

The bathroom and toilet hadn't been cleaned and were dirty. There were lots of bed bugs on the bed and around the room. Sorry to say it, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.

The sheets, towels, pillows, and the room itself were all very dirty. Room service wasn't proper either. When I asked for the bedding to be changed, they said they had just changed it before I arrived.

I paid a 20% advance after booking a room on the hotel's website for Rs.912, but they cancelled my reservation. The email address bounces, and the phone number on the reservation doesn't work. I tried another number listed for the owner on Google maps. He said rooms were available for walk-ins, quoted higher prices, and told me online bookings don't guarantee availability. He didn't reply or confirm anything on WhatsApp either. After seeing the BAD reviews, I decided I couldn't trust them.
