My confidence in staying at 080 Hotel Transit (Terminal 2, Kempagowda International Airport) has taken a serious hit. My elderly mother needed a restroom urgently after a nearly two-hour cab ride, before a late-night Singapore Airlines flight. Even though two family members were already checked-in guests, she was turned away between 7:15 PM and 7:30 PM on 25/02/2026. The staff member wouldn't give their name and kept saying this was “hotel policy,” but couldn't show us anything written when we asked. What upset me most was the lack of basic respect and empathy toward a senior citizen who was clearly uncomfortable. This was a matter of dignity, not luxury service, and turning her away in that situation was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to handle situations like this with compassion and professionalism.

Just outside terminal T2, so getting to and from a flight is really easy. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was pretty good too. They offer different lengths of stay and even changed my check-in time when my flight was delayed. I'd definitely recommend it for flying through Bangalore airport.

After my flight was delayed, this was a lovely place to spend a short stop. The dinner buffet was just right, and the hotel feels fresh and new with a pleasant vibe. Being at terminal 2 meant I could get to my next flight without worrying about transport or traffic. A very easy quick turnaround.

We had a long wait before our transfer, and staying here made it a pleasant one. The Tapas-style snacks at the kiosk were a hit with my little one. I'd happily use the service again and recommend it.
