The room boy was rude and unprofessional, though the receptionist was decent. We had four people and four bags, but nobody offered to help, and we got just two towels and two dental kits. The toilet drain was blocked and the water wouldn't go down. The room was dirty too, with cigarette butts and hair on the bedsheets. The online listing for Hotel O MRV Royal Suites was misleading. It showed an in-house restaurant, but it was closed and not operating, and we got less than 30% of the facilities promised. When I asked for a bill, they wanted extra money on top of the booking amount, which felt like a scam. It was a very disappointing stay. The facilities weren't there, it was unhygienic, and they tried to overcharge us. Don't book here.

The Royal Suite was poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, there were water problems in the washroom, and cleaning and service were both poor. I regret spending my money here and wouldn't recommend it.

The manager was drunk and abusive, and the rooms smelled bad and were very unhygienic. Service was poor, and they wanted extra money for an AC room. Staff didn't know how to treat customers. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend it.

There was no room service, and the receptionist behaved extremely unprofessionally. The room and toilet were very poor, with no basic toiletries provided and no hot water for bathing. I wouldn't advise staying here.

For the price, this wasn't worth it. The Royal Suite was meant to be premium, but my room was dirty, the bed was low quality, service wasn't proper, and the bathroom had water issues. It was the opposite of what I expected.
