A terrible stay. There was no toilet paper or hot water, and the room had mosquitos. When I asked the man at the lobby about the room rate, he quoted me twice as much. The next day, when he asked how my stay was and I answered, he laughed. There were several other reasons it was awful. Long story short, don't stay here.

Even though I had paid in full and received confirmation, the hotel cancelled my booking at the last minute. They gave no acceptable explanation and offered no alternative. It caused needless stress and inconvenience after I thought everything was settled. That showed little respect for customers' time and trust, and felt highly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who needs reliable service. Think twice before booking.

We stayed here with friends and had a great time. The rooms were very premium, clean, and neat. Service was quick, and the staff were professional and helpful. I'd recommend booking a stay here.
