We had 11 rooms booked for a function, but guests were denied entry while staff kept demanding Aadhaar cards from everyone. It was humiliating in front of all the guests. Even after we provided an Aadhaar card for each room, it took over an hour to get in. Three rooms had damaged locks and keys, so we had to buy locks from the market. Extremely poor management service. The worst experience ever, and I’d never recommend it.

The people were friendly and the hospitality was good. It’s a nice place to stay in Dhanbad, with a big, spacious room and a clean bathroom.

A good spot for a wedding or party, with a good-sized room. The room just needs a little more upkeep.

It’s still under construction, but it’s quite good for celebrations. The banquet hall is big enough for a gathering of 300 people, with open-air space in front. The rooms are good and have basic amenities, though some still don’t have a TV or AC, so check before booking. Cleanliness could use a bit more attention, and the staff are okay.
