The mosquitoes made the night miserable. We had to leave the lights on to keep them away, and with no rods on the window curtain, we couldn't adjust it as we wanted. I had an exam the next day and barely slept. Even the pillows were very thin and dirty, so we ended up using our luggage and clothes instead. We paid 2500 rupees for three people for one night and felt completely scammed. The rooms were filthy, the blankets smelled, and the room hadn't even been cleaned before check-in. The walls were damp and dirty, with a smell like a hospital or some cheap hotel. Bathroom tiles were broken, the place was poorly maintained, and tree branches were coming into the room. The air-conditioned room was without AC much of the time because of frequent power cuts in the area. The AC remote didn't work until I called the service person at night and he changed its battery. There were two fans, but only one worked. After a lot of trying, we got it switched on, only to find the second fan had no regulator and spun however it wanted. The manager was a mess when we raised our concerns. He said maybe we were staying in a hotel for the first time, made fun of my body, and threatened to call the police. Only after we confronted him did he send someone else to speak with us. I strongly suggest avoiding this place unless you want to risk getting sick and wasting your money. The manager will insult you if you complain. SOMNATH BANERJEE was a total fraud, very arrogant, and didn't know how to treat customers. Don't trust the photos uploaded on Google, they look almost fake.
