I got a great offer and a really good king-size room for the lowest price. The room was very good, clean, and everything in it was working. The staff were helpful, behaved well, and explained whatever I wanted to know. It's a very good Oyo hotel. Two things need improvement: the food quality doesn't match the high prices, and checkout can only be paid in cash since they don't accept debit cards.
The location is awful, down a lane full of filthy water and so remote you have to shout for Ola and Uber. The hotel doesn't seem to have a geyser. It took over an hour to get a simple khichdi for the baby, and it still wasn't made properly.
The bedsheets and room were very dirty, and the service was pathetic. They don't provide basic drinking water. If you ask for bottled water, they give you an unsealed bottle and charge you for it.
The room facilities didn't work properly, including the LED and Wi-Fi, and the breakfast that was supposed to be included never arrived. The hotel itself is in very good condition and the room was very hygienic, but the facilities and service were very bad. I'm not happy.
The location is very bad. The linens were dirty, the bathroom lights weren't working, and staff still didn't come after I called four or five times. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I hated it. Don't book this hotel.
