Being right in front of Dhanbad Railway Station made getting around very convenient. Hotel Kunal Regency has a range of rooms, from AC and non-AC options to family and high-budget rooms. I found it budget-friendly, with service at a reasonable price, clean drinking water, and room service available. My room was clean, hygienic, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and polite, and ready to help. I had a pleasant stay and would happily return. Anyone visiting Dhanbad could consider it, whatever kind of stay they're looking for.

The location is really good, near the station, ATM, banks, police station, temples, petrol pump, malls, and grocery stores. The hotel is decent, with basic amenities and helpful staff. Rooms are okay for a very short stay if you're trying to keep hotel costs down.

The location is very good, but maintenance is really poor. This felt like a waste of money.

The room and bathroom were clean, and both the food quality and staff behavior were good. I had a good experience at the hotel.

My second stay went badly. Check-in was delayed, and the AC wasn't working. They sent someone to repair it after two hours, but even then it ran for only seven minutes before stopping. The bedsheet was dirty too. When I asked for a clean one, staff said the oil marks wouldn't come out. After paying for a room, I was surprised they expected me to accept that. The first time was much better. The hotel is easy to find and close to Court Chowk, with a nice, helpful staff. Booking offline costs more, while Goibibo was more manageable: INR 1200 for an AC room, compared with 1400+GST offline.
