OYO 27954 Hotel Lalita

Hotel Lalita in Dhanbad was a clean, comfortable place to stay, and the highway view from the room was lovely. I spent 2 days there, and it had a peaceful, pleasant feel. The rooms were well maintained and nicely arranged, and the charges were affordable compared with other hotels nearby. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, so it really felt like a home away from home. The lift wasn't always available, which meant I had to take the stairs several times. I hope management improves that service. Even with that inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dhanbad.

The room was okay, but there was no TV or phone to order food, and the staff were really rude.

The location is convenient, right by the main road with good transport links. The hotel could be better with some improvements, but at this price it wasn’t a good stay for me. The rooms had a lot of dampness and poor ventilation, and there’s no food service. Staff were arrogant and didn’t seem to know how to speak to guests.

The staff were helpful and good, and being just off the main road is the main plus. The rooms are poorly ventilated, though, and the lift only operates from the first floor. I’d consider it only if you want a budget stay nearby.
