We spent four days at Best Western Revanta with our parents, and everyone was happy with the service and hospitality. The staff were professional, well trained, helpful, and hardworking. Breakfast was included and delicious, especially the parathas. The mountain and pine tree views from the rooms are breathtaking, with such a peaceful feel it gives you chills. It's reasonably priced and a lovely place to stay in McLeodganj. This isn't paid, just my personal experience. I'd definitely recommend Best Western Revanta.

The one drawback was the distance from the McLeod Ganj market. Getting there meant hiring a cab, costing Rs. 400 one way. Beyond that, things went really well, and I'd recommend the property for a quiet stay. I was here for an offsite training program and had a very pleasant experience. The spacious rooms felt luxurious and were tastefully designed, with a comfortable mattress, two side tables, a desk, coffee station, large bathroom, and compact balcony. My corner room had a glass bathroom panel that brought in lots of daylight, a lovely touch. Hot water was piping hot, which I appreciated in the cold weather. The conference hall worked well for our training, and the adjoining lawn made it a good offsite setup. At the rooftop restaurant, they arranged a memorable campfire and live music for our group. The food was tasty and well prepared, and the staff were prompt, friendly, and supportive throughout.

The food was delicious and authentic, and the facilities were well maintained, with excellent cleanliness and hygiene. What made the stay especially heartwarming was how people from every department looked out for our comfort and enjoyment. Such a delightful experience, and writing this brings back a smile. We had a wonderful three-day family stay at Best Western Dharamshala, with comfortable clean rooms, lovely surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was memorable: every dish we tried was outstanding in flavor, presentation, and consistency. Chef Tek Chand's cooking honestly could compete with Michelin-star chefs. Bhim Singh and the whole restaurant team were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, so we felt well cared for. The spa was great too, and Sunita - therapist gave a really good massage. The comfort, hospitality, and food made this an unforgettable visit. I'd highly recommend it, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

Chef Arun deserves thanks for the superb food, and Jaspreet at the restaurant was welcoming and nice. Service was prompt and warm. Our room was nice, very clean, and had a superb view, while housekeeping was super efficient. General manager Harish was kind and helpful, and the whole team went out of their way to make us comfortable and at home. Lovely stay, and I recommend the hotel.
