The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions while still feeling calm and comfortable. Staff were courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. At Hotel RC Regency, Dharamshala, my room was clean and spacious, with beautiful mountain views, and the food was delicious. I appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout. A pleasant stay for families, couples, or anyone visiting Dharamshala. Looking forward to coming back.

The property is great, but the staff are what made my stay at Hotel RC Regency stand out. ASHISH from the service team was attentive and polite, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Wonderful stay and excellent service. I'll definitely visit again.

The food was really up to the date, and Naresh was there whenever we needed anything for dining. Thanks to Ashish, Raju & Shubham for the hospitality. A special thank you to shubham for hosting Triund trek. The overall experience was really nice.

After checking out, I realized I'd left my clothes in the room. Staff first confirmed the items had been found, then I was misled repeatedly. Abhishek Wallia kept assuring me the parcel would be sent whenever I contacted him, but nothing happened over several days. Guests shouldn't have to keep chasing a hotel for their own belongings. This was irresponsible and showed a lack of accountability, reflecting poorly on management and service. I wouldn't recommend the hotel after such unprofessional handling of guest property.

The rooms at Hotel R C Residency are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the food tastes good. It's a great family hotel, with big rooms and excellent food service.
