The room looked out at beautiful hills and clouds, and waking up to the cool breeze made the trip unforgettable. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and comfortable, with polite, helpful staff who made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the fresh, delicious food against that mountain backdrop. Thanks especially to Restaurant manager Lovely Sharma and Praveen. They handled everything so well and made us feel comfortable and welcome, which made our trip memorable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing mountain stay.

The quiet atmosphere made our stay at Hotel Tripli Shivay in Bhagsu, McLeodganj especially relaxing. It’s close to Bhagsu market and the main tourist spots, and our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely mountain view. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Food was good, service was quick, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The setting made getting around easy, with Bhagsunag Temple and Bhagsu Waterfall nearby and the taxi stand within walking distance. I was traveling alone and felt safe and at ease. I spent four nights here, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. One of my best travel experiences.

The team were so supportive and courteous, and the breakfast and other food were really good. I stayed at Tripli Hotel Shivaay for two nights. The room was spotless, the property was well maintained, and there was parking, which was a real bonus. Bhagsunag Temple is an easy walk away, with plenty of cafés nearby. I’d definitely recommend staying here. You can book without hesitation.

Lovely Sharma, the restaurant manager, and Praveen Kumar were so helpful. I have food allergies, so the breakfast on offer wasn’t something I could eat. When I asked about an alternative, they quickly made something that worked perfectly for me. That kind of care is what you hope for as a customer, and it made us very happy with our stay.
