I remember the warm, welcoming feel most: the staff were kind and helpful in a natural way, and the whole place felt cozy. My room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well cared for. I had a lovely stay in Dharamshala and would happily return or recommend it to friends.

The location made things easy, with a peaceful setting and everything we needed close by. Inside, it felt so warm and cozy I didn't want to leave, and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were especially lovely, always kind and ready to help. It was just the sort of relaxing break we needed.

We stayed for three nights while finishing an extension to our Northern India Golden Triangle tour. The room was spacious, with a huge bed and great décor, and the hotel is just over 1km from the Dalai Llamas temple in Bhagsu, making it a good base for a short visit or longer stay. What really stood out was the team, led by Manager Sammy. Their professional, thoughtful help was outstanding, better than at some hotels we'd stayed in earlier. When my wife felt unwell after a Delhi sleeper train journey, they went out of their way to adapt the menu and help her.

Our yoga group had a wonderful stay, and the hospitality from hotel manager Sammy was the highlight. We enjoyed breakfast, the mountain views from the rooftop, and comfortable rooms with balconies. It surpassed what we expected, and we'll definitely return.

A relaxing spot for recharging. The rooms are clean, there's hot water, the food is delicious, and the staff are consistently friendly. It has that comfortable feeling of visiting relatives who are happy you came.
