OYO 4205 Hotel Anuj Regency

We booked only 6 hours before check-in because we just needed somewhere to rest. We arrived around 5 in the morning, and reception was helpful and accommodating. For 900, we got a room for 2 with a clean bed, cupboard, bedside table, TV (we didn't use it), attached bathroom, and two dustbins. The bathroom was clean too. You can bring a bike to the hotel, just take the right route. We went past the swimming pool and that wasn't the right way. Getting a car there may be difficult, though not impossible, as we saw one parked out front. The swimming pool is 20 meters from the hotel, and the waterfall hike is 50meters away. Good place to stay, would recommend.

The main drawback is that the rooms only fit twin sharing. Even one extra person means you need to book another room. Otherwise, this is one of the best budget hotels around mcloadganj, with decent rooms and basics like a Geyser and TV. The separate dining area is a big plus in this location, and the food tastes good. Staff were polite and helpful. The central location puts major sightseeing options within walking distance. The views from the hotel balcony are awesome.

Staff were kind and quick to help, and the food was good too. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice experience, though it would have been much better with clean tables and chairs and better terrace maintenance. The room was pretty small, and the blankets and linen were dirty. It was hard to find the place, but it was near the market, waterfall, and public pool.

I was travelling solo and would recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay near Bhagsu Nag. The people were humble and approachable, though I didn't interact much. The door is shut by 10-1030, so get back before then. My early check-in request was allowed for a fee, which I appreciated after travelling all night. The rooms are small, but I was on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful mountain range view, with the balcony adding to it. The bathroom is bigger than the room and had hot and cold water running all the time. It's just 10 steps from the swimming pool.
