The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the food was delicious. The staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Aliza, the manager, was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive. She went out of her way to help us, even assisting us with booking another hotel at a different location. Her humble nature and dedication made a big difference to our stay. We spent two days at Moranic Heels Dharmshala. The whole crew, from reception to room service, were warm, professional, and extremely helpful. The budget was very good for the hospitality, and our clean, tidy, hygienic, well-maintained room made the peaceful, welcoming stay comfortable and relaxing. We really appreciate the team’s service.
