Harnaam Singh took such good care of us, and his helpful, polite manner made everything feel easy and comfortable. The rest of the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere and well-kept property. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the spa added a relaxing touch. There was plenty of tasty food to choose from, too. It felt like a place designed for unwinding, and we’d happily come back for another quiet break.

The buffet had a good spread, though the taste fell short of what we expected. Ordering from the restaurant worked out much better, with tastier, well-prepared food. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early after the journey. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming, and there’s plenty of parking, which is useful in this area. Best of all was the beautiful valley view from the hotel in McLeod Ganj. A comfortable stay overall.

Harnam was great with the service. The balcony has an amazing view, and the rooms are good, though a few basics need attention, including the shower and toilet seat. The WiFi doesn’t work.

The staff were warm and polite, and I was really impressed by their hospitality. My room was spotless and the food was tasty. They even upgraded my room on the last day, which I really appreciated. A few things could be better: the WiFi was slow, the pool was meant to be heated but wasn’t available as a heated pool, and I’d have liked more variety at breakfast. We had the same kind of paratha each day.
