The views around this beautiful property made the stay feel calm and memorable. We also had delicious meals, with fresh, flavorful dishes presented nicely, and the staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help. Mr. Sultan, the owner, deserves a special mention for his personal attention and warm hospitality. In the restaurant, his team led by Mr. Bhupinder showed the same care. We had a wonderful time at this luxury hotel and restaurant. I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone after a relaxing premium stay, good food, excellent service, and lovely views.

The drive up the rough road was a bit of a challenge, but the views of Dhauladaar mountain range from the club rooms made it worthwhile. Our room was clean, and the hotel's relaxed atmosphere was lovely. Jaspreet, Vaishnavi, Naresh, and Rafzan were especially supportive. The whole staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay at Justa Birding Hotel. We had a very good visit and would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

That poor connecting road needs attention. It felt dangerous, especially for someone visiting for the first time or traveling in bad weather. The morning buffet was also only average: decent quality, but limited variety for a resort of this level. Inside the property, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were courteous. The peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings made the stay enjoyable. Better road access and more breakfast choices would make this place much better.

The steep, narrow approach road made it hard for tourist buses to get through, and we often got caught in traffic. The property has plenty to do, including a gym, pool, bar, kids play area, zip lining, and spa. We were there with family and booked four different room types, a suite, a duplex, and a regular balcony room. All were spacious, and the food was the real highlight. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had an amazing spread. A really great experience.
