The balcony looked out over snow-covered mountains, and the room itself was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the cozy atmosphere and how clean and carefully kept everything was. The staff were friendly and welcoming. At the restaurant, Mohan, Rahul, Ashish, Priya, Ritesh, Vikash, Nikhil and Saraj all went above and beyond. At reception, Parthik, Dhamini, Sneha, Deepika and Gaurav helped make our stay memorable. Mr. Amit Rai, the manager, checked in regularly to see that all was well. A relaxing getaway, and I’d recommend this place.

Mastiff Select, Dharamshala has a quiet, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The Himalayan scenery and location add to the appeal, and the hotel balances modern comfort with a peaceful mountain feel. Our spacious room was thoughtfully designed and refined, with well kept furnishings and high standards of cleanliness. Waking up to crisp mountain air and scenic views was special. Staff were consistently courteous, warm and proactive, handling requests efficiently and with genuine care. For a peaceful break or leisure visit to Dharamshala, it’s a comfortable choice. The service, refined rooms and location made for a memorable stay, and I’d gladly return.

The junior suite was beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of mountains and pine trees. The kitchen deserves a shoutout too, especially for the delicious tandoor items. We spent a couple of days here with family and kids. The scenery was awesome and the service top notch, making it a memorable stay. We’d highly recommend it. Thanks so much!

The team’s genuine care and pride in their work made for one of my best hospitality experiences. The food was super duper too, thanks to the chefs!
