Fabhotel Prime Jalsa

The food was poor. I ordered Chinese and it tasted heavily of garam masala, which ruined it. At breakfast I took three boiled eggs from the buffet, but staff said I could have only one. When I still took three, they complained to the manager right in front of me, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. There was no parking, so I had to leave my car on the road all night and felt it was unsafe. The room was very small, with a bed too small for two adults to be comfortable. The reception staff member who said he was the manager was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. For the price, the management and guest handling were unacceptable. I won't stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay in Newtown. The staff were decent and pleasant, and the environment was nice. The place was clean, other services were really good, and management was superb.

The room was beautiful, and the ambiance felt romantic for a couple. Service was good, but the washroom exhaust fan didn't work. We chose this stay for the rooftop, and didn't have access to it.

The curtains' opener didn't work, so the room stayed completely dark. The washroom was bad, the phone didn't work, and there was no kitchen. The staff were the only good part. Don't go, even for free.
