Nandini Homestay By OYO Rooms

We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and positive feel throughout Nandini Villa. The homestay is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. From the terrace, you get stunning views of the mountains and river. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and it’s a cozy, excellent place to stay in Dharamshala.

The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating, and there are wood-paneled rooms to suit different kinds of stays, whether you’re with family, friends, or traveling solo. The food is yummy, and there’s plenty to do nearby. If you’d rather walk, there are winding roads, hilly paths, and stairs that take you places, so you won’t mind eating a little extra. Nandini villa is tucked among tall Deodar trees, with the snow-covered peaks of the Dhauladhaars all around. Its greenery and three sweet furry babies make you feel close to nature. In the cold Dharamshala weather, the place feels like a warm cup of coffee. It offers more than comfort, nature, and fresh air, it’s a lovely escape from busy life.

The three very friendly Golden Retrievers were the highlight for me as a pet lover. They made the homestay feel like home and made the whole experience more special. The view of the majestic Dhauladhar ranges was breathtaking. Our room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, and the food was wonderful too. Everything about my stay at Nandini Villa felt warm and peaceful. I loved every bit of it 🤍

It was lovely to have two dinners and a breakfast there, and the room also came with complimentary tea and coffee. Our room was very spacious, and there were several shared areas where we could relax or eat. The staff were always around to help and made us feel welcome. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, homely, and family-run, with gorgeous mountain views. They also have three sweet golden retrievers who gave us lots of love. We’d definitely return if we came back to Dharamshala.
