Dheeraj, the owner, was helpful and nice, and the rooms were clean and decent for the price. It was the lowest-priced option in oyo rooms, so it worked for a budget stay. The drawback is the location, about 2.5 km from the bus stand, and the road feels dark and isolated at night. There was no hotel security or owner around overnight. A one-way ride to the hotel costs around rs 200. Personally, I think paying around rs. 400 more for a room closer to the market would be a better choice.
The wifi kept fluctuating and didn't work properly. The TV recharge never happened, even though the owner kept saying each day for four days that he would do it. We had a 7 am bus on 23/12/2020, and although he promised to arrange a cab for checkout, he didn't. We had to walk to the main road and find a cab there to the bus stop. If we hadn't found one, we would have missed the bus. Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
The place is far from the main town, and I had to walk a while before I could find transport. I was on a business trip and booking a secluded homestay was my mistake, so the experience was awful in part. I paid the owner extra because I arrived before check-in, even though I'd already paid online for two nights. My trip ended abruptly, so I had to leave after one day. It does have its own mini kitchen and seems best for people with their own vehicle to get around.
The owner made big promises and kept assuring me things would be done in 10 minutes, but nothing got done. He said he had four properties and no time to talk because of his other business. During my stay, faulty fuses caused power cuts and wasted a lot of time; the TV didn't work, and the wifi was practically useless. Getting around was another problem: a one-way aulto taxi costs 200, and while you can get one from the bus stand to the homestay, leaving means walking at least a km to find a ride. The location is awful. The owner takes advance payment and then treats you like nothing, regardless of how many rooms you've booked. Oyo has even taken his license, as he failed to meet minimum requirements. I wouldn't pick this place just to save money, and I say stay away from it. Don't pay him in advance.
It's a nice room, though hard to find, and taxi drivers don't know the place. The owner was polite and showed great hospitality, always ready to help. Must visit.
