The staff were courteous and service was quick, but the hotel is in a deserted spot with no amenities nearby. The mall across the road barely operates, with just a few property shops and banks, and the hotel has no cab or auto arrangement. It’s right off the Delhi - Jaipur Highway before Dharuhera, so it can work for a short stay. The rooms and bathrooms are only moderate, and oddly, there’s no mirror in the room. The small restaurant has basic choices. Breakfast is a very basic buffet with no fruit, juice, dessert, or sweets. The starters had far too much salt and oil; they made them again after we complained. Kitchen staff were loud most of the time, disturbing diners. Also, being asked to post a Google review during checkout wasn’t appreciated. Overall, a mediocre stay.

The food was tasty and well prepared, and the staff were polite, well behaved, and cheerful when helping. Service itself was very slow and disappointing, which made the stay uncomfortable. If management improves that, Hotel Sai could be much better.

The staff weren’t good and would interrupt you. They can enter your room at any time, which made the place feel unsafe. The vibe and location were bad too. I’d only go if I were willing to risk my life. It felt totally unsafe.

This was my third visit to Hotel Sai, Dharuhera, and the quality has stayed consistent. The calm setting suits a business trip or a short break, and the staff’s warm, courteous help makes it feel welcoming each time. They’re attentive and willing to handle even small requests. I’ve found the rooms comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with good attention to hygiene. The bedding and bathrooms are kept neat, which gives me peace of mind. I’d recommend it to anyone in Dharuhera looking for cleanliness, comfort, and genuinely good service. I keep coming back because my stays have been consistently good.
