Manas hotel was my worst hotel experience. Hygiene, staff hospitality, and the amenities they provided all deserve a negative rating. 👎

The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, as if our needs were being ignored. On top of that, the food tasted very bad and was poor quality. I hope management looks into both issues so other customers don’t have the same problems.

The potatoes (aloo) weren’t cooked properly, and the rest of the food wasn’t good either. Cleanliness was poor, and the hotel didn’t seem well maintained. The manager wasn’t helpful and the service from him was poor. It was a bad experience.

It’s a quiet spot outside the city, and the staff were really friendly. Room service came pretty quickly, and I especially liked the french fries. The service was excellent, hygiene was good, and prices were moderate. We also met a super friendly furry Li'l friend there. For the price, it was a pretty nice deal.
