-1 star. The room was the dirtiest ever. Don’t trust the photos posted on the phone or any hotel booking site. I booked through booking.com and paid for breakfast, but at the hotel they said the restaurant was closed and they couldn’t serve it. Given the room, maybe it was lucky I didn’t have breakfast, since I can’t imagine it being anything but the worst breakfast of my life.

The room was dirty, the bathroom filthy, and hygiene very poor. Worst hotel experience. Not worth staying here, even for free. Avoid it.

There was no water, and even basic things like soap weren’t provided. The rooms and washrooms were completely unhygienic. A very poor experience, and definitely not suitable for families. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked and paid online for one room through the OYO app, but when we arrived, the hotel said it was full and told us to cancel. They said they could arrange a room if we paid again there. We explained we’d already booked and paid, but they said they didn’t know and wouldn’t accept it. The manager spoke to us rudely. After some discussion we left, and neither the hotel nor OYO returned our money. I wouldn’t recommend booking through the OYO app. It was a horrible experience. Never visit this hotel. Thanks!

The room wasn’t good, and an extra mattress costs 200 rs per person.
