CAPITAL O 35530 Jrb Residency

I had come to Dibrugarh for an exam and booked a room. There was no payment option at the time, so I made the booking without paying. When I arrived around 8.30 P.M., they said I couldn't have the room because I hadn't paid, and they'd given it to another guest. Finding somewhere else so late was difficult, but I eventually managed it. They don't seem to understand the value of their customers, and this felt really irresponsible. I would never recommend this place.

The room cost extra for the booking, yet the environment and housekeeping were very bad. The staff behaved poorly, and room service was bad too. The towel and the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets were very dirty. There were no bathing essentials or drinking water. The AC room came without an AC Remote, and the geyser wasn't working. A very bad experience overall.

I stayed at JRB residency 4 times, but the man at the manager's table was weird and cringe. Maybe sort of illiterate. They tell me to book online, but they don't accept online money at the hotel. First he said, "malik change hol so daam bahil 1800 hol". I told him I'd stayed four times before and paid 1500. We argued for a while, then I called a friend who had stayed 5 days before for 1500. After that he gave me a dirty room for 1500. Then he said, "oiii khanaa saana vaal k khabi , saabi ako letera hole poisa voribi". What kind of behaviour is that? I'm a university student, and an illiterate cringe guy shouldn't behave like that with me. He called me at 11pm at night and said there was noise in my room. Like really? I pay for the room. Breakfast was included, but they didn't give it to us, and he didn't give me a bill at checkout either. I guess the manager has a psychological disorder. I recommend everyone not to go there. I'm also writing a complaint to consumer court. Thank youuu JRB residency 🙏 see you never!

The staff stared at us in a really weird, uncomfortable way, and the whole experience was awkward and bad. We booked one night but got a used, dirty room. The app said it was an AC room, yet the hotel staff wanted to charge extra for AC. The rooms and bathroom were okay, but prices were very high. Never visit this hotel.
