My online booking advice is to avoid this hotel. The room was dirty and in poor condition, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no hot water. Calls went unanswered, while the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. Management showed no responsibility toward guests. It was a highly unsatisfactory stay, rated 0/5.
The owner physically charged at me, and the manager was uncivilized. There was water dripping from the AC into the room and cigarette buds in the washroom. The room and ceilings look like this too. Quite literally the worst hotel, it's actually quite shit.
They demanded double the amount on my bill but didn't provide the service I needed. Very bad service, it feels like they're just stealing money.
The food tasted bad, the service was poor, and the owner's behaviour was awful. I'd say don't waste your money or time here.
We booked Shree Star Palace hotels for the first time. We've received very good service at Delhi hotels, but these people couldn't provide the service, it was very poor.
