This hotel used to be very good, but now it feels like they're scamming people. They quote a low price when you book, then raise it when you arrive to check in, leaving you feeling you have no choice but to pay more. They never accept online bookings either. Breakfast and dinner aren't included in the room price, which makes it very overpriced. The only essential they provided was a half-litre bottle of water, and I had to pay extra for more. They charged Rs. 2500 for an AC room, and the bed and bedsheets were old and dirty.

The receptionist refused my booking and told me to leave if I couldn't pay offline at his price. They don't seem to care about their own helpline associates either. The room was listed on the OYO app for 900, but they made me pay 2000. They put low rates on the app, then tell customers they won't accept those affordable prices once they arrive. The whole experience was pathetic.

We were charged extra on top of the online payment, which set the tone for the stay. The room had unclean towels stained with what looked like traces of previous guests, and the blankets and pillows smelled so bad a skunk might hold its nose. Then a cockroach scuttled by, as if to remind us who really lived there. In the bathroom, there was a dead spider in the bucket. The flush took 2-3 tries to work, and the AC pipe dripped right in front of the commode. The basin water pressure was so weak it might as well have been an eyedropper. Booking this OYO room felt like winning a jackpot full of filth and frustration. OYO, you've made a masterpiece of misery here. Can't wait to return, never.

AashiyanaHome gave me a really enjoyable dining and hospitality experience. The food was delicious, and the service went beyond what I expected. The staff were attentive from start to finish and made my stay pleasant. Thank you, Aashiyana home Hotel!
