The staff were helpful and the service was good. They even arranged a taxi for us, though the driver charged much more and said the hotel boys would take a commission from him. The hotel is in a busy market, which is convenient, but the rooms and attached bathrooms are average and quite old. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and I noticed stains that could have been removed. It's fine for a night, for one person or at most two, especially if you have a flight the next day or need a business stay. I wouldn't choose it for relaxation or if luxury matters.

At embassy hotel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Mr. RAHUL provided the best service, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our stay at The Grand Hotel EMBASSY left us with lovely memories and stories. We had a spacious, clean, beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the location was perfect, a short walk from the city center and close to public transportation. The facilities and room service were exceptional, and the cultural experience gave us plenty to remember. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast was a treat, especially the amazing milk tea with roti sabji. Food from the in-house restaurant was great too, and the mix veg is a must try. Just remember to order at least 30 minutes ahead if you're dining there. I stayed at Hotel Embassy for two nights and felt comfortable from the start. The staff were humble and welcoming, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the location was convenient for travelers. The service was commendable. I'd be happy to stay here again when I visit Dibrugarh.
