I stayed one night and found the staff very decent and helpful. The room was okay for its price range. Since it's a guest house, food isn't available right away, but you can order and they'll prepare it. The food I ordered tasted very good, and I left satisfied.

The rooms were quite spacious, and two people could easily share one. The beds, sofa, floor, and bathroom were all clean. Staff were supportive. I visited in October 2018. Food was very expensive, and the location wasn't ideal, beside a bar, with a salon and restaurant to pass before reaching the room. It would be useful to have extras like tea makers and snacks.

Save the hotel manager's phone number before you go in, since there isn't a telephone in the room. They served us breakfast from a footpath place, which I only found out from the staff. When I asked why the food quality was poor, they said the other rooms were empty that day, so they'd got it from outside. I ordered puri sabzi and was served roti and sabzi instead.

I've stayed here many times and have never had any issues. Kankan da is great. I was there with my wife and child, and we had a really good stay.

The people here are humble and good, and they'll make food to suit your requirements. Karan Gogoi, the hotel manager, is a nice man. It's a good, homely place in Dibrugarh town near Thani charialy, in the same building as the PIZZA-Hut store.
