Once you've paid, be prepared for the attendants' behavior, which only comes out afterward. They argue and even fight, and refuse every request about amenities listed on booking apps. The TV didn't work, they wouldn't give me hangers, and I had to ask several times for hot water at 7am. The kitchen only opens after 8.30am. I asked for vegetarian food and was told the kitchen was pure Jain vegetarian, but then they offered a menu full of non-veg dishes. They insisted I pay by the hotel's QR code and wouldn't record check-in in the app I booked through, so I couldn't make a complaint there. You're paying for dirty, smelly bedsheets and pillows, and parking. The advertised amenities are just showpieces. The staff are full of attitude. Worst place to stay.

The staff were all good and very polite, and I had a really good stay here. If you're in Dehradun and looking for a good option, this is a great place to stay.

It's hard to believe, but I stayed here for almost 30 days or more, and the service was good. The rooms are furnished, and the washrooms are good too.

The overall ambiance was good and the room was nice. When I woke up and went to the washroom, though, there was no soap, toothpaste, or towel. The TV didn't work at all.

I had a terrible experience here with my family, including elderly people. They took my booking and money, then confirmed it, but when we arrived they said the hotel was full. They wouldn't give us a room or return the money. This hotel scams its guests, and I'd tell everyone never to book it.
