OYO Flagship 14945 Hotel UK-07

I booked two nights, with confirmed early check-in at 5:30 am with my partner. Instead, when I arrived, I found out they'd given the room to someone else. They made us wait 90 minutes while they woke up staff, cleaned a room, filled it with room freshener, then offered it to us. It was dirty, stinky, and pathetic. After that, they said I'd have to check out at 12 and move to another room or a nearby hotel. I asked for the room keys, only to be told they didn't have any. I decided to leave right then. The staff were laughing through all of this. Pathetic experience, I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.

The rooms are cramped, but for the low price, everything was much better than I expected. Rustico Restaurant on the 4th floor served great food, both for dining in and room service. The AC worked really well, and the staff and service were quite good. The floors were clean and hygienic, though the walls and bathroom tiles could have been cleaner. All in all, it was a good experience for a very low price.

The room was decent, and room service was good enough, but the washrooms stank when we checked in and the bed linen was very dirty. The lady at reception was deceptive too. At checkout, she said she needed to check the confirmation email, so I showed it to her on my phone. She took it from my hand and tried to leave a five-star rating without even asking me. My one star is for their rooftop cafe, not the hotel rooms.

The view from the restaurant balcony was amazing, and the lounge bar had good food at decent prices. The accommodation was clean and neat, with a convenient location near Pecific Mall. There was some confusion about breakfast, but the hotel staff sorted it out. Worth staying at, and I’d recommend it.
