For ₹3000, I expected more from this stay. There wasn’t a towel or slippers, the bed was uncomfortable, and the mirror and curtains were both too small, with the curtains also being poor quality. The charging point didn’t work properly either. I wasn’t happy with the room or the service.

The one bright spot was the staff. We arrived at 7 AM, well before regular check-in, and they kindly arranged a room for us. Getting there with luggage was difficult: the approach is an extremely narrow path that you can only walk, with no access for cars or bikes. The hotel has no parking of its own and relies on another hotel’s parking. In the room, the geyser didn’t work, and there was no telephone, towel, slippers, or soap. The water supply wasn’t proper either, and the place felt poorly maintained and not ready for guests. We stayed at Hotel Midview Mussoorie on 15th June, and the experience was disappointing.

The hotel’s location was great, close to everything, and the room was spotless. The staff were so friendly too. I’d happily choose your hotel first if I come back to massoorie. Really recommend it for a future trip!

This place is hard to find and isn’t on the Mall Road. The hotel is actually 1.3 km away, by the Picture Palace barricade, in an offbeat spot. Its real name is flagship hotel mussoorie midview, and calling this a scam seems fair. None of the reviews matter.
