Getting around was easy from FabHotel City Palace near Dehradun Railway Station, and the staff were mostly polite and helpful. The room was furnished well enough, though it was missing amenities I expected for this kind of hotel. Cleanliness and upkeep also need attention, with some areas showing wear. My stay was acceptable for a short visit, but better maintenance and room facilities would improve it. I'd call it a middling experience, reflected by a three-star rating.

The bed was infested with bed bugs. As soon as I got under the blanket, they started biting and I couldn't sleep. When I asked for a sheet instead, they said the hotel was full and they had none. Hygiene was very poor, and the place is run down and needs a proper renovation. If you want somewhere clean and hygienic for the night, this isn't the place for you.

We paid 2,000 rs for one night, but the place was so bad that we left after just an hour and booked somewhere else. It was dirty, there was underwear hanging, and the washroom was unclean and smelled. The hotel is in a shady area, and I don't understand its 4.8 rating. I don't recommend it.

The food was lovely, and the staff were awesome and very helpful. I only stayed a day, and the compact space was quite OK'ish. It isn't soundproof, so expect car horns early in the morning. The location is great for getting around, and they also have a tours and travels service with cheap rentals.

The food and materials were great, and the staff and service were just as good. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the room to the nice area. It's a beautiful, luxurious place with amazing hospitality and food that was surprisingly incredible. My expectations were completely blown away.
