Fabhotel As Residency

We booked the whole hotel for a marriage function, but when extra guests arrived they refused to give us extra beds and blankets. They had spare beds and blankets, but still wouldn’t provide them. Our guests spent the whole night without a room. You can’t know exactly how many people will come to a marriage function, so they should have cooperated.

The washroom hadn’t been cleaned after use, and the bedsheet in our double room had big, dirty spots, despite the receptionist saying the rooms were clean. I asked management to change the sheet or move us to another room, but they wouldn’t. The intercom and TV didn’t work either. Whenever I needed anything, I had to go downstairs to ask. Worst experience in Dehradun. If you’re at Kargi Chowk, I’d say don’t book a room at this hotel.

There was a deal for three bedding spaces, and I paid the money, but when I asked about it they said there’d be an extra charge. When we refused, the staff abused us and called the police. The police were very cordial and sorted the matter out. I’ve never had such a very bad, pathetic experience in my life. If there were a rating lower than one star, I’d definitely choose it. We left the hotel early in the morning. I’ll never visit again.

The lift was covered in stains from spitting and spills, and the pillows were old and broken. The room was dirty too, with stained linen and a washroom that hadn’t been cleaned after use. The intercom and TV didn’t work. Would’ve given zero stars if I could.
