10/10
Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was superb, and the restaurant food was tasty and good quality. I also found the bar service excellent, with very courteous staff. My room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with an excellent AC, table, and bathroom. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt at ease leaving the car in the secure parking, where security is available 24/7. A comfortable choice for families or business trips.

The garden restaurant is especially lovely in the evening, with greenery and soft lighting creating a peaceful feel. The candlelit table with rose petals and balloons looked romantic and classy, and the setting feels suitable for families too. At Hotel Town Palace, the food was good and nicely presented. Staff were polite and supportive throughout. It’s a pleasant place for a celebration or dinner, whether you’re visiting as a couple or with family.

There was plenty of comfortable space and the ambience was really nice. Service took too long, though. The team could coordinate better and improve their customer service skills, as well as speed things up.
