When I arrived with my family, the hotel refused to check us in, saying there was no room. I had booked through Goibibo after seeing images that turned out to be completely misleading. I’d called ahead about our late arrival and was told the booking wasn’t showing in their system. They then gave my room to someone else. Staff demanded another ₹1000, saying Goibibo and MakeMyTrip give them low commission. When I asked why I should pay extra for a room listed cheaper on Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, they were rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Their behavior toward a family was especially unprofessional. The images are fake or wrong, confirmed online bookings are denied, and guests are pressured for extra money. I found the staff dishonest and very rude. Worst hotel experience ever, not recommended at all. I strongly urge everyone never to book here online or offline, and for the property to be removed from Goibibo and MakeMyTrip so others don’t face this harassment.

I was travelling with family members aged 70, and the lift caused us a lot of difficulty. It wasn’t available at night or in the afternoon. It’s a very cheap lift, rated by the company for four people but unable to carry more than three. I saw four boarders get stuck between floors. A young girl had a claustrophobic attack, and the hotel didn’t help her family. We went to help and invited them to stay in our room until she recovered. The room cost Rs 2200+ per night, yet there was no room service, TV, working geyser, exhaust fan, or even hand wash in the toilet. Forget the other services. Even a Rs. 500/- room is better. The front desk staff were untrained too. They had to correct our two-day bill three times with our help. The management is completely incompetent and the owner downright miserly. Staying on the street would have been happier than staying here. MMT should immediately de-list this hotel from its app.

The kitchen service was very good, and the cook made food to order. Rooms were cleaned daily, though the complimentary water bottle was only given at check-in. The location is also very convenient, right behind the bus stand, close to the sea beach, and beside Nehru Market. You can see the sea from the 4th floor.

We booked two rooms for our family and neither was as advertised. The deluxe rooms were actually standard type. In both rooms, the AC didn’t work, the geyser was broken, and the TV had no recharge. When we complained about the TV, the hotel blamed a connection problem. There was no response when we went to reception about the other service issues. They took full payment at check-in, then didn’t solve a single problem. The service was absolutely not good, and at checkout they directly asked for tips. I’ll never book here again or recommend it to anyone. Service was 0.
