The building is lovely and the place feels very peaceful. Reception and room staff were friendly too. I might have rated it five stars, but there were small ants throughout the room. The room boy offered to clean if I left the key at reception, but for personal reasons I didn't do that.

The room itself was comfortable and clean. At night, though, the non-AC room had poor ventilation, and the sliding windows had no mosquito net, which made things uncomfortable. We switched to an AC room the following day and paid extra, even though the online rate shown for that room was lower.

Right in the centre of benaulim, with everything you might need nearby, including the beach. I was allowed to check in as early as 8:30 am, which was kind of the owner. The rooms are clean and the service is impeccable. It felt very safe for families, and the hospitality really does come from the heart. Highly recommend ❤️

We arrived yesterday, and the tariff was 1600. It's a good budget hotel, very basic rooms, but the toilet was really clean, even by my fussy standards. Hot water too. I'd recommend this place to women travelling alone.

The owner is a really nice man, and I celebrated New Year with his family. The staff were kind as well. Our room and washroom were clean, though there were small ants in the room. Since the hotel sits on a busy road, the noise made it hard to sleep.
