Clarem Guest House

I booked for a day and arrived early, at 4:30 in the morning. Everything was shut and there was nobody at the front. I called the number they had given me, and a woman blamed me for arriving early. Yes, I was early, but someone should be at the front office, or they should mention that early morning check-in isn’t available. After waiting 20 minutes, a caretaker took me to a smelly, scary, dirty room where it was hard to breathe. A few minutes later, I called the woman again to complain about the cockroach smell. She sent the caretaker back, and he took me, still unwell and not even properly dressed after unpacking, to a nearby apartment. It was a bit nicer, but still not satisfactory. The pillows were old and damaged, the bedsheets weren’t fresh, and there wasn’t even a bar of soap. A small soap and some toothpaste should be provided in a commercial room service. Horrible experience. I paid 2000 for just five hours. Please don’t visit 😑😑😑😑😑
