Wow, we had such an amazing three weeks here and would highly recommend it. Puri and Serafino are absolutely lovely and welcoming. The restaurant staff were amazing, and a big shout out to Trevor. Vanessa at reception helped with anything and everything. All the boys were brilliant, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were lovely, and the laundry service was great, so cheap and convenient. The food at The Goan Tribe was beautiful, especially the butter chicken. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll be back!

The menu is great, and the people here are lovely. Everyone was so friendly. Jerry, who served me in the restaurant, was especially helpful and always had a smile. I’d recommend it.

We really enjoyed the pool, which is spacious, clean, and goes up to 6 feet deep. The hotel itself is surrounded by trees and flowers, and the rooms are clean with the equipment you need. Hot water was available all day, though the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit weak. I’d suggest asking for a room on the 1st floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially liked eating at the in-house restaurant on Friday, when there was live music. A lovely place to relax with family.

People we met have been coming here for over 20 years. They say they feel like family, and some have even been invited to family weddings. I can see why. The staff and management really try to accommodate you, and the personal, friendly service is a lovely touch. Rooms are cleaned daily, with bottled water replaced free of charge. There’s a fridge, safe box, and kettle in the room, and staff fog the outdoor areas to help keep mosquitoes under control. The food is amazing and very cheap, and the bar has a good selection of beers, spirits, and soft drinks at low prices too. The rooms lose a star for the shower and limited clothes storage, but that’s a small downside against all the good things. We’ll be back next year. Thanks, Paul and Kath.
