The restaurant was a real highlight, especially the alu-jhinge posto, which was mind-blowing. Both the veg and non-veg food were excellent, and the dining hall was lovely. The staff were very nice too. The hotel is in a prime spot in New Digha, about 600 meters from the seashore and very close to the SBSTC bus stand. You can even walk to the temple.

The washroom was so stained it was hard to see myself in the mirror. The room hadn't been cleaned since the previous checkout. Our window AC just made noise without cooling, and that wasn't fixed during our four-night stay. The intercom was out too. Even after asking several times, they never got the ceiling fan regulator working during all four days. Pathetic.

OYO Customer Care didn't actually resolve anything. They kept giving empty assurances and wasting time, which made an already awful situation worse. I arrived with my family and a confirmed reservation at Hotel Capital O Bidisha, but they cancelled it right there. I was left outside with my one-year-old and my elderly parents. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel through OYO. If your family's comfort and safety matter to you, avoid both the property and OYO.

The staff were well behaved and the service was good, with breakfast, lunch and dinner available at the hotel. Rooms are furnished and maintained well. The bathrooms could be cleaner, though for the price they were okay. Hotel Bidisha is a good budget-friendly place in New Digha, about a five-minute walk from the beach. There's also a small park-like area right in front.

I was on the third floor, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The bed in the pinNewdigha room wasn't clean. There was a balcony.
