They show luxury hotel pictures when you book, then, once you're within 24 hours and can't cancel, they switch your hotel and move you to a third class area and room. I lost my booking amount and left as soon as I got there. Customer care gave me no support with the problem and seemed interested only in speaking to people who wanted to make a new booking. This hotel was pathetic and felt like a money grab. I would never book any kind of Fab Hotel again.

The team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went out of their way to help. We’d definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

It's easy to get to the hotel. The staff were very polite, and the rooms were really clean.

Cockroaches were crawling on the bed in a very dirty room. The service was awful, the AC didn't work, and neither did the intercom. Breakfast wasn't very good either. They gave me a refilled water bottle, not a sealed, packed bottle like the wash water bottle.
