I was charged 981 when the Oyo price was 729, and when I asked for a bill for the amount, they refused. The photos on Oyo also looked completely different from the actual rooms. The manager was rude and didn't know how to speak to clients, and the hotel wasn't clean. Check the room before paying anything. I was on my way to an interview, so I didn't call the police, but otherwise I would have told them about the rules. This place doesn't even deserve a thank you.

I paid Rs.900 after they first asked for Rs.1200, even though I'd booked through Oyo for Rs.617. There was no water in the hotel for the entire day after I paid. They handed us buckets of water instead of arranging a proper supply. Oyo shouldn't offer a discount if its hotel partner won't honor it.

The reception person was extremely rude and acted as if helping us was a favor. Staff were cheap, and no facilities were provided. They also took your phone so they could post good reviews for themselves and bring more guests in. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

I couldn't check in because I booked at 637₹ and the receptionist demanded 937₹. He was rude and wouldn't negotiate. I've heard that he often mistreats guests, and I think there should be a legal inquiry. He's also breaking the Oyo partnership rules, so OYO should take my complaint seriously and remove this hotel from its list.
