The price didn’t feel justified by the stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. Noise from the corridor and nearby rooms carried through the thin walls all night, making it hard to rest. The room itself was unpleasant, with a noticeable smell, unclean bedding and towels, a poorly maintained bathroom, and an AC that didn’t work. Hygiene seemed neglected. Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, promised amenities were unavailable or not working, and room service was slow enough that I had to repeat requests. Check-in was also slow and disorganized, and staff didn’t seem interested in helping. From arrival onward, service and upkeep fell well short of what I expected. For the money, guests should at least get basic cleanliness, working facilities, and courteous service, but that wasn’t my experience.

We arrived from abroad late at night with a confirmed reservation, but at 3:00 AM there was no room for us. Staff told us to stay at a “partner hotel” and expected us either to walk there at 3-4 AM or ride on a staff member’s bike with three people together. That felt completely unacceptable and unsafe. Breakfast was unreliable too. The chef showed up at different times each morning, sometimes as late as 11 AM or 12 PM, so we often skipped it and found food outside rather than lose half the day waiting. Guest safety and management were also troubling. One night, a loud event went on at the property until 1-2 AM, despite the permitted limit being 10 PM. On another night, a couple’s domestic violence incident, with loud verbal and physical abuse, lasted 3-4 hours. Staff didn’t call the police; they tried to handle it themselves and said the couple were regular guests and this happened often. That raised serious concerns for me. These incidents fit my impression that the hotel attracts guests who regularly cause nuisance and discomfort, while management makes no effort to limit entry and seems to put revenue ahead of guest experience and safety. The lack of professionalism, safety concerns, and poor management made this a very unpleasant and risky choice. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The live music made for a great vibe, and the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a cozy spot for light bites and a relaxed time with friends. Good food and entertainment, highly recommended! 🎶✨

The food was amazing and the location was good, but I couldn’t stay here even one night. I booked through MMT, and the photos didn’t match the rooms. My room was full of bugs and smelled awful, while a party carried on until 1 AM and kept me from sleeping properly. The mattress was so bad that my back started hurting as soon as I lay down, and I could feel the springs. The plywood underneath stuck out beyond the mattress and was clearly visible. It hadn’t been maintained, and I got hurt on it. The staff were rude. Not recommended at all.
