KESHAV S.
The staff were rigid and rude whenever I raised an issue. They kept repeating “hotel policy” instead of trying to sort anything out, with no sense of customer service or accountability. It felt like a money trap: they doubled the price of a Lahori Jeera, charging ₹20 when it costs ₹10 in the market, and wanted ₹50 for an unopened one-litre Bisleri bottle I hadn't used. I said the MRP was around ₹20 and asked them to take it back. They initially refused, then did so after a long, heated argument, blaming policy and vague service charges throughout. They provided no complimentary water, soap, toiletries, or other basics, which made the experience in Delhi even more shocking and disappointing. I strongly don't recommend staying here. Ask about every charge beforehand, don't touch anything in the room, and expect an argument at checkout. There are far better and more honest places in Delhi.
