Collection O 82822 Hotel King Guest House

The property was cramped and had no privacy, unlike how it looked in the Oyo photos. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and at check-in they asked me to cancel my Oyo booking and book directly so I’d pay them extra. They also tried to explain their rules, saying they only allow couples. I’ve used Oyo hotels in other parts of India and never had staff treat me this way. They told me they got listed through internal links, which makes me wonder if Oyo verifies properties, since it sounds like unverified places can be listed. There’s no parking, no wheelchair at reception, and they don’t provide basic visitor needs. A property with unhelpful staff like this won’t help Oyo. I’d suggest Oyo remove these places so others don’t run into the same problem. #OYO
